Join us at Thrive-One80 as we work together to create a brighter future for individuals, families, and communities.
Our mission is to build ongoing partnerships with individuals, children, families, and community members who face barriers to accessing necessary resources. We aim to support them in achieving their life goals by delivering culturally competent services. Through our treatment programs, we seek to provide children and families with equitable opportunities to enhance their quality of life.
Inspired by a school-based mentoring initiative for at-risk students, Thrive-One80 developed the T.I.E.S. (Thriving Individuals Empowering Self) program to promote self-refinement and personal development for those in need. Through comprehensive coaching, motivation, and holistic support, we enable individuals to unlock their potential and foster personal growth.
Recognizing the profound impact of empowerment, Thrive-One80 has expanded its services to cater to the diverse needs of individuals and families. As a dedicated human services agency, we offer a wide range of therapeutic services to children and families throughout the Greater Puget Sound area. Our programs encompass both in-home support and community-based initiatives, ensuring that quality care is accessible to all families, regardless of nationality, beliefs, or backgrounds.
Our counseling services are designed to provide the essential support that individuals and families require to overcome challenges and enhance mental well-being. Our licensed therapists bring extensive experience across various therapeutic approaches, equipping them with a diverse array of evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies. We take pride in meeting clients where they are in their mental health journey, providing personalized care tailored to their unique experiences.
The aim of our Combined In-Home Services is to enhance family functioning, promote child safety and well-being, and assist families in keeping children at home or facilitating reunification for those at risk of placement due to abuse, neglect, or conflict. Currently contracted with DCYF, Thrive-One80 offers several critical interventions on a referral basis, including Family Preservation Services (F.P.S.), Crisis Family Intervention Services (C.F.I.S.), and the Triple P (Positive Parenting Program).
Furthermore, Thrive-One80 hosts consultations and workshops that focus on professional growth and development, mental health awareness, and tailored curriculum solutions. We proudly serve a wide array of sectors, districts, small businesses, and corporations, delivering support to diverse groups that include adolescents, teens, adults, and professionals.
